Responsible for planning and scheduling electromechanical maintenance activities; Perform administrative tasks within the maintenance area, manage documentation, develop spreadsheets and dashboards, and maintain records to streamline daily operations; Ensure planning and scheduling of scheduled/preventive maintenance activities, aiming to comply with maintenance plans, the 52-week maintenance map, current technical and safety standards, and customer requirements; Develop, on the Engeman platform and/or similar systems, maintenance plans, schedules, technical equipment registers, criticality classifications, updates to equipment technical archives—including technical descriptions and maintenance methods—and service orders; Carry out activities and improvements related to material inventory control, purchase requisitions, material reservations in the warehouse, supplier registration, requests for issuance of invoices for equipment transportation, among others; Develop interactive Excel spreadsheets, tables, and dashboards enabling consolidated data visualization, visible management boards, maintenance planning and control—including performance indicators, costs, service distribution, staffing levels, etc.; Lead and participate in technical meetings for maintenance planning and scheduling; Support failure analysis studies for incidents occurring in the department; Provide technical support to other departments. 2512040202181000163
