Support company strategic decisions with analysis We are seeking an **MIS Analyst I** to join our team! We are looking for someone analytical, curious, and eager to grow in the data field, contributing to the creation of reports, analyses, and indicators that support the company’s strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and process data from various sources to generate insights. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in **Excel** and **Power BI**. * Execute queries and data extractions from **databases** (SQL). * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and support internal departments with analyses. * Identify trends, opportunities, and data inconsistencies. * Propose improvements to information processes and report automation. * Ensure quality, integrity, and accuracy of presented data. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Must be at least 18 years old; * Must reside in Salvador or Lauro de Freitas; * **Intermediate/Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, diverse formulas). * **Power BI** (basic modeling, dashboard creation, and DAX measures). * Knowledge of **databases and SQL language** for basic queries. * **Quick reasoning** and strong logical-mathematical skills. * **Fast learner** and proactive. * **Strong communication skills**, both written and verbal. * **Punctuality** and commitment to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in data analysis or MIS. * Familiarity with ETL or process automation tools. * Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
