Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe environments by performing cleaning and maintenance of the entire physical structure and reporting any issues. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and distribution of coffee, as well as waste organization Responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe environments, contributing to the well\-being of all individuals who use the space. Key duties include floor cleaning, surface cleaning, glass cleaning, bathroom cleaning, common area cleaning, equipment cleaning, waste collection, and restocking hygiene supplies. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the entire physical structure using appropriate materials and equipment, following established routines. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and surrounding areas. Report any issues identified in the building to the immediate supervisor. Clean windows, floors, cabinets, desks, chairs, and general administrative-area furnishings, as well as other environments. Prepare coffee daily, at the beginning of the morning and at the beginning of the afternoon. Collect and distribute thermal carafes containing coffee, tea, and hot water to various rooms in the administrative area. Clean and maintain the floor of the administrative area (corridors, offices, auditorium, and access areas) by sweeping, mopping with cleaning products, waxing, and polishing. Clean and maintain bathrooms and changing rooms. Check and supply liquid soap, disinfectant, alcohol, and other cleaning products and equipment. Collect waste from the administrative area in general (offices, corridors, bathrooms, auditorium). Report any exceptional failures to the immediate supervisor, such as power outages, water shortages, or blocked toilets. Verify at the end of the workday whether doors and windows are closed. Perform other tasks as required by the department. Work Resources: Fully equipped service cart; buckets, brooms, cloths, cleaning products, accessories, uniform, PPEs, and other tools and accessories inherent to the position.
