Ensure implementation of and compliance with company-established strategies and guidelines, providing up-to-date technical-scientific information to support the correct and safe use of products. Contribute to strengthening the company’s image and achieving predefined commercial and institutional objectives, always maintaining focus on service excellence and adherence to sector regulations. **Key Responsibilities****:** * Conduct physician visits in accordance with the pre-established quantity and frequency outlined in the visit schedule to ensure effective promotion of company products. * Serve as a reference for compliance with all administrative policies and routines defined for the commercial area, as well as sales and marketing strategies. * Accurately and systematically record visit-related information in the system to ensure continuous improvement and fieldwork quality. * Proactively adjust, plan, and optimize your physician panel to meet the visit objectives set by the company. * Visit sales outlets and seek new partners, while collecting and analyzing pharmacy sales reports to ensure appropriate stock levels and replenishment of company products. * Achieve sales targets and other established performance indicators. * Plan and organize activities beyond physician visits to identify new opportunities for product sales growth. **Requirements** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable. * Experience in Cardiology and Endocrinology will be considered an advantage. **Personal Profile:** * Empathy, enthusiasm, conviction, flexibility * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to travel nationally Whatever your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group helps advance therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
