Job Summary: Responsible for the entire logistical and documentary flow of materials and equipment—from receipt and storage to dispatch and delivery—ensuring warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the logistical flow of materials and equipment 2. Warehouse organization and control (5S) 3. Support in inventories and accounting reconciliations · Perform pre-receipt, receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, dispatch, and delivery activities for materials and/or equipment, ensuring proper logistical and documentary flow. · Support quantitative and qualitative inspection and receipt of materials. · Validate and inspect fiscal documents (NF-e/CFOP/CTRC-e). · Store materials according to internal standards, ensuring correct identification, preservation, and system-based location addressing. · Carry out dispatch and delivery promptly, ensuring items are in suitable condition for use. · Periodically assess the condition of materials and warehouses, addressing any non-conformities per internal procedures. · Support inventories and accounting reconciliations, ensuring inventory accuracy. · Submit purchase requests for warehouse materials. · Organize the warehouse to ensure easy item location and identification by implementing 5S in the department.
