Focus on safety, ensuring compliance with EHS, APR, PT, and LOTO standards. **Maintenance Planning Technician – Uberaba/MG** ------------------------------------------------------- CIU Maintenance Planning Supervision Applications accepted until 03/24/2026 **What will be your responsibilities?** * Technically evaluate maintenance requests, defining scope, logical sequence of activities, and required resources (labor, materials, tools, and services). * Prepare, update, and monitor physical maintenance schedules for routine maintenance and shutdowns using MS Project. * Schedule activities in alignment with operations, engineering, safety, and contracts, ensuring minimal disruption to operational continuity. * Estimate service and material costs, track cost variances, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure proper release, planning, and safe execution of activities, complying with EHS, APR, PT, lockout/tagout (LOTO) standards. * Monitor field execution to ensure adherence to plans, deadlines, and safety standards. * Use advanced Excel for backlog control, KPIs, cost tracking, work order follow\-up, and performance analysis. * Develop and update Power BI dashboards consolidating planning, scheduling, adherence, backlog, cost, and maintenance performance indicators. * Support performance analyses, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives in planning and maintenance processes. * Collaborate integrally with PCM, reliability, engineering, and operations to promote operational discipline and a planning culture. **What are we looking for?** * Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial maintenance planning and scheduling. **What would be considered an advantage?** * Proficiency in MS Project (scheduling, critical path, resource leveling). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, KPIs). * Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization. * Experience in industrial safety, including APR, PT, safety regulations, and field best practices. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems (SAP PM or similar is preferred). **What will be your work model?** On-site \- 5 days/week **What do we offer?** * Medical insurance. * Dental insurance. * Transportation allowance or company-provided shuttle\*. * Life insurance. * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program). * Private pension plan. * Gym allowance. * Meal allowance. * Company cafeteria or meal voucher\*. * Employee Assistance Program (Apoiar). * Wellness Program (Wellness). * Maternity and Paternity Leave. * School supply allowance\*\*. * *Benefits may vary depending on location.* *\*\*Benefit applicable to children aged 5 to under 13.*
