Job Summary: Manage and optimize the vehicle fleet, monitor tracking and telematics systems, apply KPIs, coordinate acquisitions, and ensure legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of driver and mechanic teams #### **Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize the vehicle fleet, including route planning, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Implement and monitor tracking and telematics systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency. * Track and apply performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor costs, fuel consumption, and fleet availability. * Coordinate vehicle acquisition, decommissioning, and leasing, negotiating with suppliers and analyzing economic viability. * Ensure compliance with traffic legislation, environmental regulations, and internal company policies. * Manage the team of drivers and mechanics, including training, performance evaluation, and work scheduling. * Prepare managerial reports on fleet performance, proposing improvement actions and cost reduction measures. #### **Skills** * Fleet Management * Cost Analysis * Microsoft Excel * Telematics Systems * Traffic Legislation * Supplier Negotiation * Route Optimization * Vehicle Maintenance * Team Management ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Meal Allowance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, TotalPass ### **Department:** Administrative
