




* Supervise and coordinate the operational team activities of the store (stockers, cashiers, counter staff, butchers, among others). * Monitor the receipt, storage, and display of goods, ensuring proper organization and product pricing. * Monitor expiration control, hygiene, and product preservation. * Assist in preparing work schedules, leaves, and team vacations. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, food safety regulations, and good operational practices. * Attend to customers, promptly and courteously resolving inquiries and complaints. * Monitor store performance (sales, losses, operational indicators) and report results to management. * Promote team integration and development, encouraging a positive work environment.
