Responsibilities and Duties Management of corporate mobile lines and equipment (registration, delivery, retrieval, responsibility agreements). Verification of invoices and service bills related to telecommunications, software, and equipment. Monitoring of line usage and data traffic. Contract monitoring. Purchase requests, requisitions, and budgeting for the department. Handling IT-related service requests via Service Desk. Support in procurement workflows, material receipt, and service request closure. Updating reports, spreadsheets, and internal controls. Requirements and Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365. Experience with administrative/ERP systems (procurement, invoices, requisitions). Familiarity with administrative IT processes. Desirable Requirements Knowledge of SAP (administrative module). Experience with Service Desk and incident management. Familiarity with telecommunications and contract management.
