Job Summary: Workplace Safety Professional to ensure compliance with NRs, conduct safety inspections, train teams, and support incident investigations in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced Excel knowledge, dashboard development, and AI **Date:** Feb 25, 2026 **Location:** UBERABA, MG, BR **Company:** Grupo Petropolís **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) in the industrial environment. Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments. Guide and train teams on safe work practices. Monitor proper use of PPE and working conditions. * Support incident investigations and implement preventive actions. Contribute to continuous improvement of safety processes. Approve, monitor, and advise on activities performed by contracted companies regarding workplace safety procedures. * Develop and deliver safety training sessions and safety talks. Collect unit-level data and indicators for data analysis. Consolidate data and create management visibility tools (dashboards, presentations, etc). **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical Certification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor. * Experience applying Regulatory Standards (NRs) and ISO 45\.001\. * Experience in implementing procedures and process standardization. * Experience in internal/external audits. * Advanced Excel knowledge, dashboard development, and AI. * Strong analytical capability and rigor with data (critical analysis). * Industrial environment experience is a plus. * Knowledge of SOC software and Occupational Hygiene is a plus. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
