Manages servers, data networks, inter-site connectivity, information security, operating systems, technical support, and integration of technologies applied to highway management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate activities related to IT infrastructure, corporate networks, inter-site connectivity, and operating systems; * Supervise internal technical teams and service providers, ensuring high availability of technology resources; * Manage network assets, physical and virtual servers, backup and storage systems; ensure efficient operation of mission-critical systems such as traffic control, CCTV, PMVs, radio communications, and IP telephony; * Plan and implement information security policies, access controls, firewalls, antivirus solutions, and incident response; * Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving failures; * Support technological innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the highway concession context; * Manage contracts and vendors for IT, network, and telecommunications services; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ANTT requirements, and internal IT policies; prepare management reports, performance dashboards, and metrics (SLAs, uptime, tickets, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Networks, or related fields; Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, corporate networks, technical support, and information security—preferably in transportation, logistics, or public service concession sectors; Networking (LAN/WAN), TCP/IP protocols, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), firewalls, backup solutions, Active Directory (AD), ITIL, monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.); Driver’s license category B. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass). **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. In the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with the investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and includes 1.4 kilometers of BR-359 from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway traverses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the MS-112 highway and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession segment stretching from km 360+100—at its junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concession segment lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
