




Supervision and execution of activities with the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push, and Pull): \- Manage, motivate, and train the People area team; \- Recruit, select, onboard, train, monitor, develop careers, implement motivational initiatives, manage working hours, handle labor liabilities, and execute offboarding routines related to employee movement within the unit; \- Monitor and implement Excellence Programs and DPO/VPO; \- Train and update corporate standards related to the People area; \- Provide internal consulting to other areas within the unit; \- Manage compensation practices (fixed and variable) and the benefits package; \- Jointly manage teams with other unit leaders to ensure absenteeism and turnover indicators remain within established targets; \- Retain talent within the unit through motivational initiatives and efficient management processes; \- Provide necessary conditions to maintain satisfactory organizational climate levels within the unit; \- Comply with legislation and ensure safe working conditions for the team; \- Process information required for closing the unit’s payroll; \- Manage benefits and maintain relationships with service providers; \- Mitigate labor liabilities in partnership with the company’s legal department in managing cases; \- Perform Geste & Gestão routines according to People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Safety, and other processes; \- Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); \- Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications; \- Properly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; \- Commit to operational goals jointly defined with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; \- Demonstrate personal and professional behavior consistent with the role; \- Perform related tasks as requested by superiors.
