RL Máquinas is a growing company in the agricultural sector, specialized in multi-brand machines, parts, and services. We are seeking an organized and strategic Agricultural Purchaser to help optimize our procurement processes and provide technical support to the sales team. Responsibilities * Request quotes and negotiate with suppliers of parts, machinery, and services. * Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries and deadlines. * Verify tax calculations on invoices and ensure correct tax application. * Support the sales team with information regarding costs, margins, and taxes. * Maintain updated inventory records and supplier database. * Continuously seek better purchasing conditions without compromising quality or delivery times. What we expect from you * Completed high school (preferably with technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields). * Previous experience in purchasing, preferably in the agricultural or industrial sector. * Basic knowledge of taxes applicable to commercial transactions: * ICMS (interstate tax rates and agricultural sector tax benefits); * IPI (exemptions or reductions for agricultural machinery); * PIS/COFINS (impact on acquisition cost and selling price); * Tax Substitution (ST) and CFOP (incoming and outgoing goods operations). * Ability to read and interpret invoices. * Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset. * Strong communication and relationship skills with suppliers and internal teams. Compensation and conditions * Fixed salary: R$ 3.500 * Trial period: 90 days (focused on process organization and standardization). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours. * Work location: Uberaba – MG (on-site).
