Senior Relationship Analyst (Fleets)

Job Summary: A customer service and relationship professional to assist with daily fleet-related issues and ensure resolution of customer inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring customer satisfaction in quality surveys We seek a professional with experience in customer service and relationship management, both in-person and via telephone, to work for a company recognized as a leader in the vehicle fleet segment. Empathy and strong communication skills are key requirements for this role. **Responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls, assisting them with daily fleet-related issues—such as documentation queries, claims, and inspections—and coordinating with other specialized departments within the company as needed; * Support customers allocated to fleet payment processes; * Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries; * Achieve success in Delivery Quality and Maintenance/Claim Quality Survey initiatives for the assigned customer portfolio. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Completed undergraduate degree (preferred); * Experience in B2B customer relationship and account management, preferably in the fleet/automotive sector; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Strong organizational skills; * Effective oral and written communication; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 4\.500,00; * Benefits: Meal voucher (VR), transportation voucher (VT), life insurance, medical assistance, dental assistance; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Schedule: 5x2 (Monday to Friday); * Work model: 100% in-person; * Location: Uberaba/MG.
