Conflict resolution and routine management **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Act as a direct support to the Operations Manager, leading dining room, bar, reception, and cleaning teams in executing daily routines, ensuring service standards, environmental organization, service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal policies and regulations. **JOB ACTIVITIES:** · Develop, verify, and publish dining room team work schedules, ensuring adequate shift coverage. · Verify team members’ personal appearance, punctuality, and full staffing at the start of each shift. · Supervise pre-opening setup of dining areas, including table and sideboard arrangement, and cleaning of premises and restrooms. · Monitor and supervise the entire dining room operation during service, ensuring quality, speed, and service consistency. · Monitor dish presentation, bill settlement, and customer farewells. · Resolve internal conflicts among staff and address customer complaints. · Conduct brief pre-opening team alignment meetings, highlighting out-of-stock items, sales priorities, and daily instructions. · Verify reservations, arrange table layouts, and inform staff about occupancy levels and special requests. · Circulate among all tables during service to collect direct customer feedback on food, beverages, and service. · Respond promptly to issues, preventing customers from leaving dissatisfied. · Supervise restaurant closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, organization, proper storage of utensils, and equipment shutdown. · Prepare daily reports on sales, team productivity, dining room incidents, and corrective maintenance needs. · Inform staff about upcoming events, reservations, and scheduled changes for the following days. · Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding sales, pricing, discounts, complimentary offerings, and administrative guidelines. · Support the Operations Manager on specific tasks and perform other duties consistent with this role. **JOB COMPETENCIES:** EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: **Required:** Completed high school education. **Preferred:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gastronomy, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: **Required:** Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of operational leadership experience in restaurants, bars, or similar establishments. **Preferred:** Experience as dining room supervisor, maître, shift leader, or equivalent role. COMPETENCIES: **Technical:** Practical knowledge of dining room routines, operational team leadership, customer service, sales techniques, scheduling organization, basic interpretation of sales reports, sanitary regulations, event coordination, and service standardization. **Behavioral:** Ethical conduct, strong communication skills, empathy, emotional balance, organizational ability, proactivity, sense of responsibility, conflict resolution capability, teamwork orientation, quality focus, operational discipline, and openness to professional development. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS \- CLT REGIME** R$ 2\.762,76 (R$1\.973,40 base \+ 40% trust position allowance) \+ variable performance bonus (final amount between R$4\.500 and R$6\.000) On-site meals **WORK SCHEDULE INFORMATION:** · Restaurant operating hours: 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM. · Manager works on rotating shifts. · Weekly day off and one Sunday per month. · Shifts are organized accordingly. **COMPANY ADDRESS:** Avenida Santa Beatriz da Silva, 1501, store 211, Santa Maria, Uberaba/MG – CEP: 38020\-433\. **Note:** No employee parking available.
