**Brief Job Description:**
Responsible for managing earthmoving service contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards. Coordinates teams and equipment, monitors performance indicators and costs, manages client relationships, oversees measurement verification and billing, and ensures execution in accordance with contractual scope and technical and safety standards.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Participate in developing the strategic plan and ensure its deployment across your organizational structure; implement, monitor, and evaluate short-, medium-, and long-term goals; conduct critical analysis of performance indicators comparing planned vs. actual results; define corrective actions when necessary to ensure achievement of business goals; and deliver reporting per the established template.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise field activities, including cutting, filling, excavation, compaction, material transportation, and drainage.
* Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, engineering teams, supervision, and other parties involved in the contract.
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, as well as internal policies and client requirements.
* Lead operational, technical, and administrative teams, promoting performance management, training, and development.
* Manage the utilization and availability of heavy machinery and equipment (excavators, bulldozers, motor graders, compactors, trucks, etc.).
* Control operational costs, productivity, measurements, billing, and contract profitability.
* Monitor physical-financial schedules, proposing adjustments and corrective actions when required.
* Track performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, fuel consumption, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
* Ensure proper execution in accordance with project designs, technical specifications, technical standards, and quality standards.
* Manage measurements of completed services, volume verification, and support the billing process.
* Negotiate contract addenda, scope changes, and economic rebalancing, where applicable.
* Mitigate operational, contractual, and financial risks.
* Participate in progress meetings, audits, inspections, and technical site visits.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost reduction.
* Promote a results-driven management culture, disseminating business concepts and optimized economic-financial resource management through risk analysis and expected outcomes, aligning with strategic planning definitions.
* Define actions to optimize economic results (EBITDA) and the Company’s competitive advantage by continuously coordinating, jointly with the executive board and department heads, the operational expense structure, as well as revenue generation and projected investment execution, aiming to achieve defined profitability targets.
**Education:** Civil Engineering — postgraduate degree in the field.
