**Job Description**
Your Mission
Develop and execute sales strategies targeted at key pharmaceutical companies in Brazil.
Leverage your existing professional network to rapidly generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Promote QIMA LS’s end-to-end service offerings—from R\&D through to market launch.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Represent QIMA LS at industry events, seminars, and conferences.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Scheduling and conducting client meetings.
* Presenting the company and its services.
* Identifying and understanding client needs.
* Providing appropriate technical solutions.
* Preparing and submitting customized commercial proposals.
* Tracking leads and proposals.
* Closing deals and securing new contracts.
* Monitoring and managing ongoing projects and client accounts.
* Representing QIMA LS at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Collaborating with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
* Proven sales experience (minimum 5 years) in analytical services for the pharmaceutical industry.
* A robust professional network within the Brazilian pharmaceutical sector.
* Language proficiency: Brazilian Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
