As a **Junior Logistics Analyst**, you will be responsible for monitoring orders from receipt through freight contracting and delivery of invoices at destination. Monitor and map routes, ensuring their proper execution. Conduct follow-up on deliveries (sales and reverse logistics) with the commercial department. Analyze inventory accuracy, material receiving, and dispatch. Audit and analyze logistics costs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor deliveries via system and provide appropriate reporting to customers and the commercial team;
* Track cargo routes, identify potential deviations and delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure on-time delivery;
* Maintain regular contact with logistics operators to ensure adherence to planned routes and compliance with delivery deadlines;
* Proactively identify and resolve transportation-related issues—such as unexpected delays or cargo damage—in collaboration with all involved parties;
* Control delivery receipts (invoice delivery confirmations), organizing and maintaining an orderly file for easy future reference;
* Analyze cargo clearance based on signed delivery confirmations, acting to keep lead times aligned with performance indicators;
* Analyze conforming vs. non-conforming deliveries to ensure service quality;
* Support freight contracting for reverse logistics, seeking optimal cost-benefit for return shipments;
* Keep collection status for returns updated, ensuring efficient, sustainable, and policy-compliant merchandise return;
* Provide customer support regarding returns, confirming quantities to be collected and relaying fiscal instructions for issuing return invoices;
* Analyze inventory accuracy in managing AG (Goods Receipt) processes for customers;
* Analyze and maintain AG process indicators for customers;
* Perform activities related to AG management for customers;
* Carry out administrative tasks such as spreadsheet preparation, freight and payment control, and telephone support to align logistics-related procedures;
* Enter and control information in the ERP system;
**Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you must:**
**Required**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Willingness to reside in Uberaba/MG.
**Preferred**
* Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain or related areas;
* Knowledge of the freight market;
* Experience and knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain;
* Customer service experience.
