Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring warranty processes, invoicing, organizing and dispatching parts, as well as providing support and maintaining workplace organization.

**Responsibilities**
* Analyze and monitor warranty processes, including commercial or technical courtesy services for products and services via a dedicated system, verifying deadlines set by the manufacturer;
* Invoice and ship parts to the factory according to demand and deadlines;
* Identify and forward parts to the vehicle manufacturer within required deadlines; track their delivery;
* Organize and file department documentation;
* Sort, restock, and dispatch parts, ensuring all steps are executed accurately;
* Receive and process parts requests from mechanics and consultants, ensuring prompt and effective service;
* Deliver requested parts according to service orders (SOs), ensuring all items are correct;
* Receive and inspect requested parts, verifying quality and quantity against orders;
* Package and label goods for dispatch, ensuring all items are properly labeled and protected for transportation.
* Maintain goods organization and workplace cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient environment;
* Assist with tasks assigned by the manager.
* Support service consulting.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Driver's license category B will be considered an advantage;
* Experience in the described activities will be considered an advantage;
* Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, or parts logistics will be considered an advantage;
* Dynamic, proactive profile with high energy for daily operational routines;
* Ability to perform frequent physical handling of parts, including receiving, inspection, organization, and dispatch of goods;
* Organized, responsible, and committed to processes.
