




**Job Purpose** Plan and distribute loads for affiliated vehicles, optimizing logistics to maximize revenue while preserving the company’s margin. **Activities and Responsibilities** * Exclusively attend to and manage affiliated carriers, maintaining continuous and transparent relationships; * Monitor vehicle availability, positioning, equipment type, and operational restrictions; * Ensure proper load allocation according to the affiliate’s profile, route, capacity, and profitability; * Actively prospect internal and external loads in alignment with the commercial area and customers; * Strategically distribute loads among affiliates to optimize fleet utilization, reduce idle time, and ensure operational balance; * Evaluate spot freight, backhaul, and complementary load opportunities; * Plan shipments, loading windows, and unloading; * Monitor trip execution, proactively addressing deviations and incidents; * Analyze freight rates, operational costs, and margins per trip; * Contribute to continuous improvement of performance indicators; * Ensure affiliates comply with ANTT regulations, insurance requirements, tax documentation, and legal obligations; * Support issuance and verification of operational documents (CT-e, MDF-e, CIOT, etc.), as applicable; * Comply with and uphold internal procedures, standards, and certifications (ISO, GMP+, among others); * Serve as the focal point between affiliates, operations, commercial, and support areas; * Maintain clear, assertive, and professional communication with partners and customers; * Support initiatives to retain and engage exclusive affiliates. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or Logistics; * Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in the field. **Desirable:** * 2 to 5 years of experience in the role. **Behavioral Competencies We Seek:** * Proactivity; * Collaborative mindset; * Logical reasoning; * Resilience; * Critical thinking; * Communication skills; * Sense of urgency; * Priority management; * Organization and ability to articulate ideas; * Risk awareness. **Technical Competencies We Seek:** * Proficiency in data analysis and processing tools (Power Query, Power BI, Tableau); * Basic teaching ability; * Proficiency in commercial mathematics; * Ability to interpret performance indicators; * Medium-complexity negotiation skills; * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency.
