Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, execute, and supervise periodic audits of agricultural processes, including planting, crop management, harvesting, transportation, and input application. * Ensure operational procedures comply with internal standards and certification requirements. * Evaluate adherence to production plans, resource utilization, and efficiency indicators. * Prepare technical reports containing findings, recommendations, and corrective and preventive action plans. * Support operational areas in implementing corrective actions and monitoring implemented improvements. * Develop and maintain up-to-date agricultural audit checklists and protocols. * Promote team awareness of good operational practices and agricultural compliance.
