With an encouraging and supportive culture, R2T strives to ensure that its employees learn to work as one unified family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Responsibilities:** Work with fiber optics in on-site technical support (customer premises), performing installations or repairs of access points/networks for voice (telephone), broadband, and TV customers, as well as throughout external and internal telecommunications networks; configure equipment and devices. **Requirements:** **Own vehicle or third-party vehicle is mandatory;** Prior experience with fiber optics is required; Completed high school education; Valid driver’s license category B and up-to-date vehicle documentation. **Salary + 30% Hazard Pay** **Variable Compensation (CIV):** Average R$ 500.00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 24.50 per day; Medical and dental assistance; Vehicle rental: Between R$ 1,012.00 and R$ 1,060.00 (depending on year of manufacture); Fuel allowance; Hazard pay (30% of base salary); Working hours: 44 hours per week; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. **We value diversity—so we want you in our team!
