**Description:** The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of the Hyperlow platform during the customer’s first interaction with the product, leading chatbot, automation, and integration implementation projects for customers, ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs Responsibilities and Duties Work closely with customers to understand the objectives for which the product was contracted, map processes and workflows, and implement chatbot, automation, and integration solutions to ensure those objectives are met; Proactively engage—not only executing customer requests but also identifying their actual needs and proposing optimal solutions; design workflows and support the workflow development team to ensure projects are delivered according to expected value, quality, timeline, and effort; Document and formalize each phase of delivery, maintaining appropriate records for tracking; Participate in client presentation meetings for the built solution and ensure alignment with client expectations and requirements; Provide ongoing training and support to customers to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions; Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing customers. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; business process mapping skills are desirable; Programming language knowledge, such as JavaScript and Node.js, is desirable; Knowledge of APIs and general integrations is desirable; Experience with chatbot products and iPaaS platforms is desirable; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 2512130202201917183
