Job Summary: An electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance professional responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machines, equipment, and facilities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Responsibilities: Plan and perform electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, and machine/equipment maintenance services—both energized and de-energized—within the cooperative premises, as required and directed by management. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, including part replacement, gear adjustment, lubrication, installation and testing of low-complexity apparatus, according to the scheduled intervals defined in the maintenance plan or as needed and directed by management. Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance while complying with current safety regulations, ensuring optimal operational condition of machines, equipment, motors, control panels, electrical networks, data networks, telephone systems, devices, and installations. Adjust and regulate elevators, as well as maintain their electrical components. Conduct maintenance and repairs at production units, including welding on pipelines and elevator base components, and machine modifications (supports, guardrails, stairs, pulley guards), as required. Perform work at heights only when properly trained and compliant with safety regulations, for roof, gutter, façade, and interior maintenance and restoration; building repairs and renovations; lamp replacements; etc. Use appropriate tools and equipment for each task—including work at heights—and wear mandatory safety accessories per current legislation. Paint walls, floors, doors, gates, and equipment using rollers and brushes with water-based paints. Perform welding occasionally, provided the employee is qualified/trained, wearing appropriate PPE, and documenting activity start and end times via APR or PET forms, including date and time.
