Job Summary: This role involves reviewing fiscal and accounting documents, assisting with monthly closings and financial statements, and supporting internal clients with tax clarifications. Key Highlights: 1. Fiscal and accounting document analysis and verification 2. Assistance with monthly closing and accounting reconciliations 3. Support for internal clients regarding fiscal clarifications **Responsibilities:** * Perform verification and analysis of fiscal and accounting documents (goods and services), ensuring classification complies with municipal, state, and federal legislation. * Assist with monthly accounting closing, performing allocations and accounting reconciliations. * Assist in issuing accounting reports, such as trial balance, general ledger, balance sheet, and income statement (DRE). * Support internal clients with clarifications on fiscal withholdings, net amounts, and tax impacts. * Maintain organization and physical/electronic archiving of accounting and fiscal documents. * Provide high-quality service to internal and external clients and perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Knowledge of accounting and fiscal legislation. * Familiarity with accounting reconciliation, debit and credit analysis, and accounting closing is desirable. * Knowledge of tax calculations (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, withheld taxes, IRPJ, and CSLL). * Knowledge of accounting accounts, financial statements, and ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal and SPED Contábil). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** Negotiable **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance, Transportation Voucher, Medical and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, Day-off, Gympass, Pharmacy Benefits, Sólides Academy, Tangará Club Benefits, among others. **Location:** Rua Giuseppe Urani 111, Industrial Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
