




Espaço Botânico is seeking a **Gardening Coordinator** to lead teams responsible for the maintenance, installation, and conservation of gardens and green areas. The professional will manage field activities, control service quality, provide technical guidance, and oversee landscaping projects, ensuring excellence and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate gardening teams, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to schedules. * Supervise pruning, planting, fertilization, irrigation, cleaning, and garden maintenance services. * Assess requirements for materials, tools, supplies, and seedlings; place orders and manage inventory. * Ensure compliance with the company’s technical and aesthetic standards. * Conduct technical visits and inspections at client sites, document requests, and prepare reports. * Train and guide staff on proper use of PPE, appropriate techniques, and safety regulations. * Operate company vehicles when necessary — **valid Brazilian driver's license category B required**. * Organize work shifts, monitor productivity, and support people management routines. * Report results, needs, and incidents to management. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical training in gardening, landscaping, or related fields is preferred). * Prior experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator in gardening teams. * **Valid Brazilian driver's license category B**. * Availability for fieldwork and travel. * Knowledge of gardening tools and equipment. * Practical experience in gardening, green area maintenance, or landscaping. **Preferred Qualifications** * Professional training course in Gardening, Landscaping, or Agriculture. * Experience with ornamental plants and landscaping projects. * Basic knowledge of pest and disease control. * Experience organizing routes and team logistics. * **Brazilian driver's license category D (preferred)**. **We Offer** * Bonus based on contracted/completed projects * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Food basket * Dental plan * Tangará Club membership benefits * A professional, stable work environment with growth opportunities * Employment under the **CLT regime** * **Working hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (1-hour break), Monday through Friday Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT position Salary: BRL 2,603.17 – BRL 2,899.57 per month
