Job Summary: Monitor, supervise, and guide the cleaning team to ensure compliance with schedules, standards, and conscious use of resources, with emphasis on leadership and floor treatment. Monitoring and guidance of cleaning team Monitor, inspect, and assist the Cleaning Team daily in company activities; Supervise activity schedules: Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Semi-annual Cleaning, etc.; Guide and monitor the conscious use of cleaning chemicals; Guide and monitor the conscious use of equipment and machinery; Manage supplies control and distribution across departments; Comply with BB and client occupational safety regulations: updated ASO/EPI records; Monitor the team: uniforms, absences, tardiness, hygiene, and conduct; Submit material requests to the Supervisor and perform monthly material control; Follow company work procedures and standards; Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — 9:40 PM to 5:40 AM; Weekly day off and 1 Sunday per month Team leadership experience required. Floor treatment experience required. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
