This role is strategic, with the primary objective of **prospecting, qualifying, and generating qualified commercial opportunities**, ensuring efficiency and predictability in the sales pipeline. * Conduct **active (outbound) prospecting** of companies matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) * Contact leads via: * LinkedIn * WhatsApp * Email * Phone calls (cold calls) * Execute prospecting cadences and commercial outreach strategies * Lead **lead qualification meetings** * Identify customer pain points, needs, buying stage, and potential * Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (Closers) * Record and update all interactions in the **CRM** * Work toward targets for: * Qualified leads * Scheduled meetings * Conversion rates * Participate in training sessions and alignment meetings **Requirements** * Interest in or prior experience in commercial or pre-sales B2B roles * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational and discipline skills for contact management and follow-ups * Resilient, results-oriented profile * Familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as an SDR, Inside Sales representative, or in B2B sales * Knowledge of prospecting and qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, SPIN, GPCT) * Experience working with commercial targets * Experience in fast-growing environments **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: To be negotiated; * Unimed health plan; * Uniodonto dental plan; * Gympass; * Pharmacy allowance; * Birthday day off; * I food attendance benefit; * Transportation allowance; Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
