Job Summary: We are seeking an SDR to work on the commercial front line, responsible for the first contact with leads and qualification of opportunities for importing high-end vehicles. WBC Trade is a trading company specialized in importing high-end vehicles, connecting clients to exclusive solutions with security and precision. We are looking for an SDR to work on the front line of our sales team, responsible for the first contact with leads and qualification of opportunities. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial outreach to leads generated from campaigns, social media, and digital channels; * Understand the customer's profile, purchase stage, and level of interest; * Identify real business opportunities; * Clearly present the company's services; * Route qualified leads to the sales consultant; * Record and organize information in the CRM; * Ensure responsiveness and quality in customer service. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and discipline; * Proactive customer service; * Ability to conduct conversations and ask strategic questions; * Familiarity with social media; * Proficiency with technology and digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, etc.); * Experience in customer service or sales (a plus). We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual capable of managing customer interactions and information effectively. Discipline, clear communication, and agility—without compromising quality—are essential. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 (with 1h15 lunch break) Saturday: 09:00–13:00 (remote) **Compensation:** Base Salary: R$ 1\.800,00 Transportation Allowance: R$ 200,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 700,00 Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Payment: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
