




Supervise and coordinate, both technically and administratively, the various areas comprising the Pharmacy Unit, monitoring workflow development to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care for patients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the pharmacy team in unit-dose preparation to reduce risks related to medication delivery delays; * Coordinate pharmacists and interns in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care activities; * Coordinate routines and workflows through interfaces with Nursing and Medical teams to improve service delivery within the Pharmacy Unit; * Prepare technical audit reports based on inspections conducted by regulatory agencies; * Control the custody of notification forms; * Develop tools for process control and evaluation; * Prepare the inventory schedule; * Coordinate the execution of inventory; * Analyze and validate updates and changes to the manual of standards and procedures; * Conduct critical analysis of performance indicators and implement improvements in accordance with established guidelines; * Hold team meetings to provide guidance on processes; * Plan technical training for the team to enhance their competence in area-specific processes and thereby improve the quality of pharmaceutical care delivered; * Liaise with Municipal or State Pharmaceutical Care departments regarding drug reallocation and replenishment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Care, and/or Clinical Pharmacy; * Minimum six months’ experience in hospital pharmacy management; * Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration. **Additional Information** The **SPDM** – Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine – is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970. Its implementation occurred gradually, progressively increasing the number of beds available to Uberlândia’s public health network. To serve the medium-complexity health needs of Uberlândia/MG’s population—estimated at approximately 600,000 residents—the HMMDOLC operates in full partnership with the Municipal Health Department of Uberlândia, focusing on supporting primary care units requiring secondary-level resolution, under a referral-based model for inpatient admissions, outpatient consultations, and diagnostic services.
