Process multiplier and guardian **Your Mission:** * Safely handle equipment and materials, performing daily checklists and ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment; appropriately package products using strapping, stretch wrapping, and palletizing; identify and label damaged products; * Assist customers with material loading, using equipment or manual handling when necessary; * Move products while ensuring correct inventory location assignment, verifying stock discrepancies before performing system-based inventory adjustments to maintain process continuity; * Analyze information from departmental reports and indicators during daily activities to prevent stock discrepancies (demarcas), and provide overall operational support; * Ensure availability and replenishment of high-turnover picking items according to planning strategy; * Act as a multiplier for the order-picking and loading processes and as a guardian of procedures, ensuring yard organization, influencing peers, and proposing continuous improvements; * Conduct daily briefings to encourage reduction of stock discrepancies (demarcas), guide peers, and continuously seek knowledge through departmental reports and indicators; * Identify pain points in your area and proactively signal opportunities for improvement in picking, ED (expedition/distribution), and withdrawal processes; serve as a reference within the store and company through productivity and quality in picking and loading processes, acting as a multiplier; * Interact with and sensitize employees at all levels and third parties, exercising oversight during loading and identifying opportunities to prevent losses; * Execute physical inventory processes for locations and materials, detecting specification variances, and identifying and completing damaged-product registration forms; * Ensure daily execution of stock discrepancy (demarca) procedures, closely monitoring each location and material, interpreting variable indicators to consistently improve results; * Act as a multiplier and guardian of inventory management processes, influencing colleagues and proposing improvements aimed at reducing both known and unknown stock discrepancies (demarcas); * Perform material loading and unloading, verify, analyze, and guarantee quantity and quality of merchandise in sellable condition; * Notify the registration team whenever material master data updates are required, as identified during verification processes; identify products missing external labels or with damaged labels; * Segregate verified products to their correct destination sections, always labeling pallets per established standards; * Organize vehicle arrivals according to scheduled date and time, verifying at all times whether unloading space and vehicle type compatibility exist. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed high school; Basic knowledge of logistics, products, inventory management systems, and information recording; Valid driver’s license (any category). * **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking.
