Job Summary: Cost Analyst in the cleaning products industry, responsible for pricing, costing, budgeting, monthly closing, and KPI management. Key Highlights: 1. KPI management and monthly performance reporting Company in the Cleaning Products Manufacturing Industry is Hiring: Cost Analyst (Controlling) **Working Hours:** 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday (2-hour break) / 08:00–12:00 on Saturdays (alternating weeks) **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support to the pricing team in pricing processes and price list management. * Ensure maintenance of costing processes and systems. * Participate in the development of budget plans and forecasts. * Lead monthly closing routines for group business units. * Analyze and validate technical specifications lists. * Analyze and monitor production orders. * Implement the gain-and-loss process. * Prepare monthly performance reports. * Manage KPIs for the Cost area. **Requirements:** * Advanced Excel (mandatory): proficiency in pivot tables, lookup functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), various SUM functions, and array formulas. * Prior experience in Costing, Controlling, or related areas within manufacturing industries. * Knowledge of budgetary structures, managerial income statements (DRE), managerial analysis, and margin analysis. * Ability to handle large volumes of data and perform multiple cross-analyses. * Preferred: experience with integrated ERP systems (e.g., Sankhya, Mitra, or others). **Expected Profile:** * Analytical mindset with strong results orientation. * Proactive attitude, with initiative to identify improvements and optimize processes. * Strong communication skills for interaction with client areas (e.g., production, logistics, HR, etc.). * Ability to manage deadlines and concurrent demands in a dynamic environment. * Experience in industrial environments. **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance R$ 200.00 \+ meals provided at the company * Transportation voucher * Life insurance * Free parking * Starter product kit * Tangará Club membership * Gympass * Vidalink\- generic medication purchases (R$150.00 per month via app, no payroll deduction) * Onhappy / Trade Turismo (leisure travel benefit) * Commercial partnerships and discounts Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$5\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
