Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives, generating connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the company’s equipment and systems maintenance activities; * Manage the maintenance team, develop work schedules, and prepare on-duty reports; * Manage services requested by other company departments; * Conduct facility inspections (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic), material purchase requisitions, among others; * Propose ideas for continuous improvements to the property’s facilities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration; Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Experience working in commercial complexes, shopping centers, or hospitals is a plus. **Additional Information** What We Offer * Meal and Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance/Parking; * Health Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Gympass; * Birthday Day Off; * Annual Bonus; * Saber Online (internal learning platform); **Work Location:** Center Shopping Uberlândia **Work Model:** On-site **Shift Schedule: 12x36** We exist to connect people with what matters—serving and delighting every day while creating transformative moments.
