Development and supervision of the instructor team Education Manager Position * Working Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday) \+ 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday) The professional will be fully responsible for managing the unit's pedagogical department, ensuring academic excellence, monitoring performance indicators, supporting the instructor team, and delivering a positive student experience from enrollment through graduation. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, supervise, and support instructors and monitors. * Ensure implementation of the network's pedagogical methodology. * Monitor pedagogical indicators (retention, dropout rate, class occupancy, attendance, and graduates). * Provide student support services. * Supervise class quality (classroom visits). * Manage class schedules and class occupancy. * Conduct individual and group pedagogical meetings. * Support the commercial department in aligning product offerings and training programs. * Lead selection processes and onboarding of new instructors. **Desired Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership focused on people and results. * Ability to influence and engage teams. * Organization and discipline in executing routine tasks. * Conflict resolution skills. * Clear communication and professional demeanor. * Proactivity and sense of priorities. * Emotional intelligence. * Ability to work with goals and performance indicators. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Pedagogy, Administration, Management, or related fields). * Prior leadership experience. * Organizational skills and proficiency in administrative routines.
