Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations * Assist in pre\-preparation, preparation, and assembly of ingredients (cutting, sanitation, portioning). * Support sandwich assembly according to the establishment's standards. * Keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout the work shift. * Wash and organize used utensils and equipment. * Assist in monitoring expiration dates and proper storage of supplies. * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. * Night shift Employment type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket Work location: On-site
