Senior Implementation Analyst

Job Summary: The Implementation Analyst will work on implementation projects for new clients and existing clients, performing configurations, trainings, and improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Lead Low-Touch implementations and act in a consultative capacity 2. Perform configurations and guide integration testing with the client 3. Develop and execute ongoing customer training programs The Implementation Analyst will work on implementation projects for new clients and existing clients who have acquired new products or services, including: management and reporting platform (web + app), system integrations, digital account + Espresso cards. Implementation project activities include: client onboarding, process qualification, configuration of usage and integration parameters, and training for administrators and end users, among other activities required to set up the tool. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the Low-Touch implementation process, with or without integrations; * Actively and consultatively execute the implementation process; * Perform Espresso system configurations in homologation and production accounts (SaaS); * Perform configurations in the Barista system; * Guide integration testing with the client; * Conduct implementations remotely and on-site, as requested; * Support clients undergoing implementation via phone, email, and internal company systems; * Collaborate with the client on Espresso configurations and training to deliver strong results that exceed expectations and ensure client delight; * Identify and document potential software improvements to support continuous product and customer experience enhancement; * Maintain accurate records of each client’s configuration and integration scope to ensure accessibility for the CSM and Customer Service teams, and attach them to the client’s profile on the Ploomes platform. * Develop, plan, and execute ongoing customer training programs to support improved product utilization. * Define the configuration scope for each implemented client’s account and attach it to the client’s profile on the Ploomes platform. * Develop and manage the implementation schedule. **Benefits** * Vitta Health Insurance * Unimed Seguros Health Insurance * MetLife Dental Insurance * Gympass * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Mobility Allowance * On-site Massage * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Pet Insurance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
