Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Engineer to develop our proprietary platform, working directly on the product with significant impact on real customer solutions, in a dynamic and results-oriented environment. Technical autonomy to propose solutions and improvements We are looking for an **AI Engineer** to work on the development of our proprietary and patented Artificial Intelligence platform, designed to solve real business problems for mid-to-large enterprises (enterprise). You will work directly on the product, delivering substantial impact through solutions used by real customers, within a technical, dynamic, and results-driven startup environment. ***Responsibilities:*** * Develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents focused on solving real business problems * Contribute to the development of the AI platform by implementing new features and continuous improvements * Build, test, and validate AI and LLM models using APIs and/or local models * Develop technical prototypes for rapid validation of solutions and hypotheses * Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions * Work directly on the product backlog, prioritized according to real customer needs * Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions regarding the platform * Ensure code quality, performance, readability, and maintainability * Treat code as the primary form of system documentation * Investigate, test, and apply new AI approaches, frameworks, and technologies when necessary * Collaborate with technical and research teams in a global, multicultural environment * Exercise technical autonomy—proposing solutions and improvements without requiring detailed instructions * Contribute to platform evolution with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and reduction of hallucinations * Support integration of the platform with customers' existing systems when required * Participate in technical meetings (occasionally in English) with researchers and stakeholders Requirements: * **Python experience** * Practical experience with large language models (LLMs), via APIs and/or local models * Experience building AI agents (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks) * Strong software engineering foundation (hands-on profile—not just research) * Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming * Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions * Technical autonomy and strong sense of responsibility Reading and writing in English are mandatory. * **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with concurrent environments and/or multithreading * Experience in startups or products at a growth stage * Participation in technical decision-making * Spoken English at basic-to-intermediate level Benefits * Personal development plan / accelerated career growth * Certification support (Cloud, AI, Data) * English learning incentive and support * Opportunity to work on international projects * High-level technical environment
