




**STORE SUPERVISOR** Uberlândia/MG **Key responsibilities:** · Supervise, monitor, and guide the store team regarding customer service, aiming to delight customers; · Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to implement actions targeting goal achievement; · Proactively ensure a clean store environment with fully stocked shelves, appropriate signage and lighting, thereby guaranteeing customer comfort, convenience, and efficient shopping; · Directly serve customers to boost sales results and demonstrate to the team the correct approach and negotiation techniques through personal example; · Maintain product displays at point-of-sale in strict compliance with the company’s planogram; · Periodically assess product turnover, identify restocking needs, and adjust inventory records in the system; · Ensure implementation of rotating inventories conducted by the store team; · Be responsible for daily store opening and closing procedures; · Ensure accurate price display via daily label issuance, maintaining consistency between system records and shelf labels; · Organize, verify, and submit fiscal documents and monetary receipts to the finance department; · Deposit daily cash collections from the store. · Develop action plans and sales strategies specific to the team, aiming for continuous performance improvement; · Guide and train the team on effective customer and third-party engagement, negotiation, and sales closing techniques; · Monitor store sales and operational KPIs, maintaining confidentiality of reported results; · Keep immediate supervisor informed of issues concerning staff, customers, products, or market changes; · Thoroughly understand the area of responsibility to propose adjustments to achievable targets; · The incumbent is accountable for supervising the store team; · The role requires mental effort to oversee store processes; · The incumbent may authorize discounts up to the limit approved for this position. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in fields compatible with the role (preferred); · Familiarity with store operations and experience working in retail stores (preferred); · Experience in retail store management; · Conflict management skills; · Negotiation ability; · Basic computer skills (systems, Excel, spreadsheets); · Familiarity with Sankhya W system (preferred); · Proactive profile with strong problem-solving focus (preferred); · Experience in people management; · Experience in supervision. **Salary:** · BRL 3,300.00 · Performance-based bonus for achieved targets **Benefits:** · Transportation allowance; · Meal allowance: BRL 110.00 (starting from the second month of employment); · Food voucher: approximately BRL 400.00 per month; · Discounted purchases at our stores (deducted from payroll, up to 15% discount); · Life insurance; · Parking (CA, Martins Store, and CD); · Partnership with Tangará Club; · Optional medical assistance; · Optional dental assistance. **Working hours:** · Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. · Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: BRL 3,300.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partner programs and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
