**Mission:** Manage the FERTILIZERS segment of Protec. Train and develop the sales team, guiding it in accordance with the company’s goals, policies, and standards. **Requirements:** * Reside in Uberlândia/MG; * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy; * MBA or specialization in Fertilizers preferred; * Technical knowledge and advanced experience in fertilizers; * Solid experience in agribusiness (minimum of 5 years); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Experience and knowledge in Business Management, Commercial Management, and People Management; * Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel.
