Corrective and preventive actions to ensure good manufacturing practices Job Description: **Requirements:** * Experience in the food industry — preferably dairy and manufacturers of milk-derived products — in production, quality, or laboratory roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to complete physical and digital records efficiently. **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor control points on the production line related to HACCP, as regulated by SIF/MAPA. * Ensure that products and services meet established quality standards through daily inspections. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to address deviations from good manufacturing practices. * Perform quality monitoring analyses on in-process and finished products (e.g., Brix, color, temperature, viscosity, etc.). * Monitor the CCP for time × temperature control during candy cooking. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical education in food science, clinical analysis, laboratory technology, or another technical or undergraduate program related to the food industry — completed or in progress. * Knowledge of industrial laboratory practices is a plus. * Experience with systems is a plus.
