Job Summary: A civil engineering professional responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of services and procedures on construction sites, including training, material control, and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and verification of construction site services 2. Conducting training sessions with the construction team 3. Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with standards on construction sites **Responsibilities** * Monitor and verify construction site services. * Conduct training sessions with the construction team. * Monitor and complete concrete traceability records. * Complete documents relevant to the Quality Management System (QMS). * Monitor and assist in the receipt, organization, and identification of materials. * Ensure that work performed on site complies with the implemented Procedure and is verified through the Service Verification Process; * Verify that equipment used on site is maintained and calibrated according to Preventive Maintenance Schedules and Calibration Forms; * Verify that occupational safety procedures are implemented on site; * Ensure that the project adheres to the Performance Standard; * Report any improvement needs to the Quality Management System coordination. Prepare meeting minutes and propose improvements when necessary; * Monitor whether active suppliers are being qualified and evaluated according to criteria established with management. * Identify and record Non-Conformities in services performed across all departments related to the QMS; * Control distribution and revisions of project documents; **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
