Experience in technical support or customer service centers (CSC) **Industrial company seeking a Technical Support Analyst.** **Responsibilities:** * Thoroughly understand each machine produced by the industry regarding operation, mechanical, and electrical aspects; * Provide technical support to customers, including: answering inquiries, assisting with assembly, troubleshooting technical issues via telephone, dispatching replacement parts, and escalating issues to field technicians; * Monitor open service orders (SOs) to ensure timely completion and resolution within stipulated deadlines; * Perform administrative tasks related to technical support, including: dispatching and receiving parts and equipment, and recording incidents in the technical assistance tracking system (SOs); * Manage warranty procedures for machines sold to customers; * Schedule technical assistance services and technical deliveries of machines performed by in-house and third-party technicians; * Manage closure of service requests for payment to third-party technicians; * Issue sales invoices and service provision invoices; * Sell machine parts to customers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical certification in mechanical or electrical/electronic fields; * Experience in technical assistance/support for mechanical/electrical equipment OR customer service center (CSC) experience. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no weekend work.
