The focus is on delivering technical support, ensuring service quality, performing facility maintenance, and guaranteeing SLA compliance. **Requirements** * Completed high school or higher education in IT infrastructure, automation, electronics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support for web-based solutions and networks, and 1 year in IT infrastructure and low-voltage electrical networks. * Availability for travel and personal vehicle. **Desired Qualifications** * Experience supervising third-party teams. * Experience in cost estimation and procurement processes for supplies. * Adaptability to handle change and diverse customer needs. **Responsibilities** * **Installation and Configuration of Devices:** Responsible for installing and configuring devices, network infrastructure, and web applications according to customer requirements. * **Configuration of Android-Based Equipment:** Ability to configure and optimize Android devices to meet project requirements. * **Maintenance of Electrical and Data Networks:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-voltage electrical installations and data networks, ensuring continuous system operation. * **First-Level Technical Customer Support:** Provide initial technical support to customers, efficiently and proactively resolving inquiries and issues. * **End-User Training:** Conduct training sessions to ensure correct usage and optimal adoption of deployed solutions. * **SLA Compliance Responsibility:** Ensure adherence to service levels stipulated in customer contracts. * **Preparation of Technical Reports on Failures and Maintenance:** Document identified failures and maintenance activities performed, recording the project's technical history. * **Preparation of Solution Usage Monitoring Reports:** Produce periodic reports on usage and performance of implemented solutions, suggesting improvements and adjustments. * **Ongoing Customer Interface:** Maintain regular communication with customers, including periodic presentations of results and discussions regarding necessary improvements and adjustments. * **Direct Reporting to Technical Support Coordination:** Communicate regularly with coordination for strategy alignment, issue resolution, and activity tracking. **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday **Gross Salary:** R$ 2\.960,00 **Benefits** * Swile Food Benefit at R$ 32.93 per day \+ Meal allowance of R$ 9.31 * SulAmérica Health Insurance \- Exato Enfermaria Plan with no co-payment; monthly premium fully covered by the company for the primary insured.
