Job Summary: Operates and maneuvers various self-propelled machines on earthmoving and paving projects, adhering to safety regulations and maintaining equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards Operate and maneuver various self-propelled machines such as crawler tractors, agricultural tractors, various compacting rollers, mini loaders, mechanical winches, and others, along with their attachments; Work on earthmoving, paving, and general service projects; Complete daily production checklists and reports; Monitor machine rotation according to assigned tasks; Plan and organize work stages; Estimate service duration; Check oil level, water level, and equipment lubrication condition; Request corrective and preventive maintenance when necessary; Replace wear parts when required; Maintain equipment in good condition and cleanliness; Report service incidents; Stay updated on machine and equipment upgrades; May specialize and perform tasks requiring higher experience and technical knowledge; Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
