Job Summary: The professional will maneuver and operate a hydraulic backhoe, performing various operations including cutting, leveling, loading, cleaning, and finishing, while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining the equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Hydraulic backhoe operation and use of its attachments 2. Performing various cutting, leveling, and loading operations 3. Equipment maintenance and workplace organization Maneuver and operate hydraulic backhoe and its attachments; Perform material cutting, trench excavation, surface leveling, material loading and unloading, material lifting, waste removal, cleaning, and finishing; Complete daily production checklist and report; Monitor machine rotation according to tasks performed; Assess the worksite; Plan and organize work stages; Estimate service duration; Check oil level, water level, and equipment lubrication condition; Request corrective and preventive maintenance as needed; Replace wear parts when necessary; Maintain equipment in good condition and clean; Report job-related incidents; Stay updated on machinery and equipment upgrades; May specialize and perform tasks requiring greater experience and technical knowledge; Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. SALARY: R$ 2.310,00 per month. MEAL ALLOWANCE: R$ 250,00 TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE: R$ 253,34 SALARY: R$ 2.813,34 MEDICAL PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE AND THEIR FAMILY DEPENDENTS. WE PROVIDE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.
