Job Summary: Operate and maneuver asphalt milling machines, control the process, and ensure equipment maintenance and preservation, following safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maneuvering of asphalt milling machines 2. Planning and organization of work stages 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Maneuver and operate asphalt milling machines; Set milling depth according to requirements; Control conveyor belt speed for residue loading into trucks; Verify machine positioning relative to site conditions; Complete daily production checklists and reports; Control machine rotation speed according to assigned tasks; Assess work site conditions; Plan and organize work stages; Estimate service duration; Check oil level, water level, and equipment lubrication condition; Request corrective and preventive maintenance as needed; Replace wear parts when necessary; Maintain equipment in good condition and cleanliness; Report operational incidents; Stay updated on machine and equipment upgrades; May specialize and perform tasks requiring greater experience and technical knowledge; Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
