ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a developer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence to join our technology team. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Build intelligent automations and workflows with AI \- Develop autonomous agents and multi-agent systems \- Create and maintain RAG pipelines for semantic information retrieval \- Integrate internal systems with external services via APIs, webhooks, and message queues \- Develop APIs and backend services applying LLMs \- Enhance internal products with artificial intelligence \- Monitor, optimize, and document automated workflows in production DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS \- Practical experience with n8n (workflows, automations, and integrations) \- Solid knowledge of Python \- Experience with AI and agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, LlamaIndex, or similar \- Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Function Calling \- Experience with vector databases: Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate \- Familiarity with AI APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, Ollama, or equivalents \- Experience integrating via REST APIs, webhooks, and message queues \- Familiarity with Docker, Git, Linux, and cloud environments \- Ability to produce technical documentation and organize processes \- Knowledge of our tech stack: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, Vue.js, RabbitMQ \- Experience with event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging \- Development of chatbots and intelligent agents for customer support \- Integration with WhatsApp, Telegram, or other conversational platforms \- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) \- Deployment of local models via Ollama or vLLM \- Document ingestion pipelines, OCR, and data extraction \- Basic understanding of observability, agent monitoring, and AI security \- Knowledge of CI/CD BENEFITS \- Transportation allowance (R$11.40 per day) \- Meal allowance (approximately R$800.00 per month) \- Dental plan (after probation period) \- Health insurance (after probation period) \- Life insurance (after probation period) \- Birthday day off (after probation period) Salary: R$4\.334,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
