




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring and handling vehicles undergoing maintenance, managing traffic violations, and releasing reserve vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Direct contact with customers and internal departments Monitoring and handling of all vehicles undergoing maintenance; the role includes managing a customer portfolio. Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request of documents from drivers involved in accidents and traffic incidents. Contact with third-party drivers to explain procedures. Direct contact with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests. Receiving lease measurements and extras for analysis and forwarding to customers. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education) Medical insurance, dental insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance.
