Work across a broad range of digital and printed visual materials **Responsibilities:** * Develop **graphic design for all media used by every company in the group**. * Create and maintain **brand visual identity**. * Ensure visual standardization and consistency. * **Create**: * Social media posts * Campaign artwork * Stories * Digital graphics and visual materials * Institutional presentations * Develop: * Invitations * Internal materials * Institutional materials * Various printed assets **Required Qualifications:** * Portfolio mandatory, including social media assets, visual identity projects, and institutional materials. * Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalents, e.g., Corel Draw). * Ability to create and adapt layouts for diverse formats: feed, stories, reels cover, banners, email, presentations, and internal materials. * Basic knowledge of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory. * Familiarity with print production requirements: bleed, safe margins, CMYK/RGB, print-ready PDF. * Proven hands-on experience as a Designer (demonstrated via portfolio and/or professional history). * Availability for on-site work. * Ability to adhere to visual identity guidelines and maintain consistency across group brands. * Strong writing skills for handling text in visual assets, with attention to spelling and consistency. **Required Competencies:** * Organization and priority management: ability to handle high volumes of requests without compromising quality. * Agility with quality: deliver quickly, yet with polished execution and attention to detail. * Attention to detail: alignment, spacing, consistency, final review before submission. * Concise communication: understand briefs, clarify doubts early, and align expectations with managers and team members. * Aesthetic sensibility and brand consistency: maintain visual standards and coherence across all assets. * Proactivity: suggest improvements, create variations, and anticipate media and communication needs. * Openness to feedback: adjust without resistance, demonstrating maturity and focus on improvement. * Accountability and commitment to deadlines: reliable delivery timelines and proactive risk identification. * Teamwork: collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure efficient workflows. * Results-oriented mindset: design focused on clarity, conversion, and positioning.
