An HR professional to supervise, coordinate, and manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll, training, and labor relations.

#### **Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate HR team activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process—from defining job profiles to onboarding new employees—using ATS systems.
* Develop and implement Training and Development (TD) programs, evaluating their effectiveness and impact on business outcomes.
* Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation systems, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation.
* Design and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, cost-per-hire), presenting reports and action plans to management.
* Serve as the focal point for labor relations matters, collective bargaining negotiations, and conflict management, applying current legislation.
* Implement and monitor performance evaluation programs, feedback mechanisms, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
#### **Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
* In-depth knowledge of labor legislation (CLT), e-Social, and HR compliance practices.
* Proficiency in HR management systems (ERP/HCM) and payroll software.
